Job Title: US IT Recruiter 

Experience: Fresher to 4 Years 

Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Onsite) 

Shift: US Shift (EST)

Job Summary: Were looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter with Fresher to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing process, including sourcing, screening, and placing technical candidates across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from US clients/account managers.

• Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.), social media, and referrals.

• Conduct initial screenings and schedule technical interviews.

• Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability.

• Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.

• Build a pipeline of IT professionals for current and future needs.

• Ensure compliance with US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).

Requirements:

• 0- 4 years of US IT recruitment experience.

• Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)

• Familiarity with ATS and job portals.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with Implementation Partners like HCL, Tech M, Capgemini, etc.

• Knowledge of IT domains (Cloud, DevOps, Java, etc.).

• Prior use of ATS tools like Orwin.

Education: Bachelors degree in IT, or a related field (preferred).
