Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Job Summary: Were looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter with Fresher to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing process, including sourcing, screening, and placing technical candidates across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from US clients/account managers.
Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.), social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule technical interviews.
Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability.
Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the process.
Build a pipeline of IT professionals for current and future needs.
Ensure compliance with US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
Requirements:
0- 4 years of US IT recruitment experience.
Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.)
Familiarity with ATS and job portals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience with Implementation Partners like HCL, Tech M, Capgemini, etc.
Knowledge of IT domains (Cloud, DevOps, Java, etc.).
Prior use of ATS tools like Orwin.
Education: Bachelors degree in IT, or a related field (preferred).
