🔹 Monitor and ensure student attendance and engagement in campus-center lectures and activities.

🔹 Coordinate with trainers/faculty for scheduling and smooth execution of lectures, sessions, and workshops.

🔹 Address student queries, maintain discipline, and ensure a productive learning environment at the campus center.

🔹 Submit timely reports, updates, and meet daily/weekly targets for visits, engagement, and task completion.

🔹 Visit schools and colleges regularly to meet authorities, teachers, and staff for program coordination.

🔹 Promote organizational programs, workshops, and skill initiatives effectively across institutions.

🔹 Arrange and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring all resources, permissions, and logistics are in place.

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with school and college authorities for long-term collaboration.

🔹 Identify opportunities for new partnerships and repeat programs with institutions.

🔹 Collect feedback, data, and follow-up requirements from each visit and ensure timely action.

🔹 Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, attendance, and outcomes in a systematic manner.
