Job Title: Associate Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (Mon - Fri)

Reports to: Team Leader / Assistant Operations Manager

About the Role:

As an Associate Recruiter at IMS People Possible, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates as per client requirements. You’ll ensure timely and quality delivery of recruitment services aligned with client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Understand job requirements and source relevant candidates.

·       Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

·       Maintain candidate relationships and update internal databases.

·       Prepare and share daily recruiting reports.

·       Participate in client calls and handle delivery coordination.

Requirements:

·       Graduate in any discipline.

·       0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

·       English communication skills (verbal and written)

·       Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and social media platforms

·       Basic recruitment and negotiation skills

Other Details:

·       Work Mode: Office-based.

·       Holidays: As per US calendar
