Key Responsibilities:
Be the primary coordinator for L&D and ensure that Training Programs run smoothly. Facilitate training sessions, workshops and other employee learning engagements.
Administer the Onboarding Training Program and be the SPOC for new joiners during their induction.
Maintaining and tracking Training data and MIS for robust L&D metrics.
Collaborating and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by coordinating with trainers, employees, reporting managers and leaders.
Designing L&D communications and mailers. Sending Training invitations & ensuring participation.
Being the Admin for Learning Management System (LMS) and maintaining dashboards. Driving E-Learning course completion by employees.
Delivering training sessions on internal systems of HRMS and LMS.
Evaluate learner feedback and assessment results to continuously improve training programs.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree.
2-5 years of experience in a Learning & Development / Human Resources role.
Proven experience in facilitating and managing training programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Online Training platforms, Video Editing and Designing Digitized Courses.
Hands-on experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-Learning courses.
Experience in delivering training sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in creating Training Dashboards, MIS and Data Management.
