Responsibilities
• Filling positions within an organization.
• Recruitment for various profiles (Sales, Customer Support, etc.)
• Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in bulk hiring (as per company).
• Understanding of HR processes and employment regulations.
• Good command over MS Excel & reporting.
