Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates

to coordinating interviews and closing offers. This role requires a passion for people, strong communication skills,

and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across multiple sectors.

 Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.

 Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for client requirements.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company

culture.

 Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to clients in a timely manner.

 Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from both clients and candidates.

 Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process where applicable.

 Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

 Meet or exceed recruitment targets, KPIs, and service delivery expectations.

 Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.
