Role & responsibilities:

1. End to End Recruitment from analyzing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and scheduling Interviews.

2. Working closely with the hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Salary, Timing, Expectations etc).

3. Screening, Shortlisting candidates sourced through portal (social media, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.

4. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal database, job portals, Existing candidates relationships & referrals along with various other sourcing techniques to fil the positions.

• Fresher with Excellent Communication skills & fast learner

• Immediate Joiner Female Candidates only.
