Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter (0–1 year experience) to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions while working closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

 Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

 Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (telephonic/virtual).

 Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

 Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

 Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

 Support end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior recruiters.

 Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Skills & Competencies

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies (preferred, not mandatory).

 Good organizational and time management abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualification & Experience

 Master degree in HR, Management, IT, or related field.

 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (fresher’s with a strong interest in HR/Recruitment are encouraged to apply).
