About the Role
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—while delivering a seamless and professional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and draft compelling job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and facilitate smooth onboarding.

• Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

• Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance the hiring experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

• Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
