Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases.

• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and ensure timely delivery.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment process and sourcing strategies.

• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for hiring.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Goal-oriented mindset with focus on results and closures.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking candidates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency/freelance/in-house).

• Laptop, smartphone, and good internet connection.

• Strong work ethic and professional approach.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in HR can also apply.
