Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead - Recruitment to manage and oversee our recruitment team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for driving hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the timely and quality hiring of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and organizational goals.

• Design and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.

• Assign job requisitions, set priorities, and track progress of the team.

• Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments for senior and critical roles.

• Liaise with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).

• Train and mentor junior recruiters to enhance their performance and effectiveness.

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other vendors.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on hiring status and team performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of successful hiring, especially in high-volume or niche hiring.

• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Hands-on experience in both technical and non-technical hiring is a plus.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in staffing/recruitment agencies or fast-growing startups.
