The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage the daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements of the Director/Manager.
Handle confidential correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and other administrative systems.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of the management.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle expense reports, purchase requests, and office-related documentation.
Assist in personal tasks such as travel bookings, payments, and event planning when required.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a professional demeanor.
Well-groomed and presentable with a positive attitude.
