We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Director. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and handle confidential matters with discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a professional attitude.
Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Schedule, prepare for, and coordinate meetings, including agendas and minutes
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications
Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documents on behalf of the Director
Liaise between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Organize and maintain confidential files and records
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials
Coordinate personal and professional tasks as needed
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
Follow up on action items from meetings and track deadlines
