  • Maintain salary structures and update pay revisions accordingly.

  • Generate salary slips and distribute them to employees.

  • Ensure compliance with EPF, ESI, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labor Laws.

  • File monthly and annual returns related to payroll and statutory deductions.

  • Handle PF, ESI registrations, withdrawals, and grievances.

  • Maintain attendance records of security guards and staff.

  • Monitor biometric and manual attendance systems.

  • Process leave applications and maintain leave records.

  • Maintain and update employee records, including joining, exits, and transfers.

  • Ensure proper documentation for new hires, including identity verification.
