We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and capable of coordinating with vendors, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth office functioning.
Manage daily office administration and operational activities
Generate invoices and follow up on payments and collections
Handle bank deposits, cheque collection, and related coordination
Coordinate with office maintenance and service vendors
Manage office supplies, inventory, and general upkeep
Handle outside office work as required
Support overall administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate and supervise support staff and labour workers
Create and post basic social media content using Canva
Under Graduation / Graduation (any discipline)
Two-wheeler preferred for outside office tasks
Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media posting
Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Shift options: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Sunday off
Second Saturday off
Flexibility in working hours when required
