We are seeking dynamic and motivated Human Resource Generalists to join our Mumbai office. This role is ideal for entry level postion who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee engagement activities and HR operations.
Handle basic HR documentation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Assist in payroll coordination and maintaining HR compliance.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline – HR specialization preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of Experience as a Gernalist role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
