Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Lead bulk hiring initiatives to fulfill staffing needs across departments.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.

2. HR Compliance

• Handle PF & ESIC responsibilities including maintaining leave records, employee onboarding/offboarding records, and generating monthly challans.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies.

3. Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

• Address grievances professionally and timely.

• Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.

4. HR Administration

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

• Assist in creating and updating HR policies.

• Collaborate with other departments to support seamless HR operations.

5. Performance Management

• Support the performance appraisal process including evaluations and feedback sessions.

• Help managers in handling performance issues and development planning.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs.

• Assess the effectiveness of training and recommend improvements

7. Compensation & Benefits

• Support the administration of compensation and benefits.

• Ensure statutory compliance related to employee compensation.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting

• Use Excel to prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.

• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–4 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in bulk hiring

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational, time management, and confidentiality skills
