Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for telesales, international sales, insurance sales, and BPO roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

1–3 years of experience in bulk hiring (preferably in BPO/sales recruitment).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment within timelines.
