Job Summary:
As an HR Associate, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. You will also help maintain employee records, provide excellent customer service to employees, and assist with HR-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
2. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, answer employee questions, and resolve benefits-related issues.
4. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
6. HR Projects: Assist with HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy development.
7. Employee Relations: Provide excellent customer service to employees, answer HR-related questions, and resolve employee concerns.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment or generalist role.
2. Language: Fluency in English, with knowledge of other languages being an added advantage.
