About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Mulund West. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.

• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or candidate database.

• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Ensure timely reporting of recruitment metrics and weekly hiring status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).

• Strong understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring in [IT / Non-IT / Healthcare / Sales / Operations].

• Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
