Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter / HR Executive who can manage both hiring and day-to-day HR activities in the company. The role includes recruitment, attendance tracking, employee records, onboarding, and overall coordination between management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee details and HR-related documents.

• Track attendance, leaves, and daily reports.

• Prepare appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.

• Coordinate with management for interviews and new joiners.

• Maintain a positive work environment and support employee queries.

• Plan small employee engagement activities (birthdays, events, etc.).

• Maintain proper communication between staff and management.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp/email handling.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification:

• Graduate or Postgraduate (BCom, BBA, MCom, MBA HR preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
