1. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for assigned positions

2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews

4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders

5. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system

6. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements

8. Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics
