🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for assigned positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

• Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (agency or in-house).

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of recruitment trends and sourcing strategies.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
