We are looking for a dedicated and confident HR Recruiter to manage our hiring process and build strong teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

·         Handling end-to-end recruitment for various roles.

·         Screening & shortlisting candidates through calls, walk-ins, and job portals.

·         Coordinating and scheduling interviews with managers.

·         Conducting telephonic & face-to-face interviews.

·         Maintaining candidate database and daily hiring reports.

·         Ensuring smooth onboarding & joining formalities.

🔹 Skills Required

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing skills.

·         Ability to meet hiring targets and handle pressure.

·         Confident, proactive, and presentable personality.

🔹 Qualifications

·         MBA in HR (Mandatory)

·         Experience in HR recruitment preferred

·         Freshers with MBA HR and strong communication are also encouraged to apply.
