• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Conduct initial HR rounds and assess candidate suitability.
• Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.
