Key Responsibilities

6. Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
7. Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits.
8. Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
