Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and assist in HR coordination activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and interacting with clients virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.

Maintain candidate databases and follow up on interview status.

Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Maintain attendance records of employees.

Interact with clients virtually and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of IT job roles.

Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
