About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions within a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing & screening candidates for various roles.

• Coordinate interviews & maintain recruitment records.

• Support onboarding & induction processes for new hires.

• Maintain employee data and HR documentation.

• Assist in employee engagement activities and events.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field (freshers welcome).

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & HR processes.

• Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
