Job Summary:

We are hiring dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent across various job roles and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process handling: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Conducting telephonic and initial HR interviews

Coordinating and scheduling interviews with department heads

Managing job postings across portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms

Maintaining candidate databases and follow-ups

Preparing and sharing daily recruitment status reports

Maintaining documentation and candidate records

Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Basic knowledge of HR processes

Positive attitude and a team player

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)

MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
