💼 Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Picker, Packer, and Rider manpower. The role involves field sourcing, candidate coordination, onboarding support, and timely closure of hiring requirements across multiple Mumbai locations.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Picker / Packer / Rider candidates as per operational requirements

• Conduct screening, shortlisting, and coordination for joining

• Handle field-level sourcing, referrals, and local recruitment activities

• Ensure timely documentation, onboarding, and deployment

• Coordinate with Operations and Payroll teams for smooth hiring closures

• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily hiring updates

• Utilize strong Mumbai area knowledge for effective sourcing

🎯 Eligibility & Skills

• Experience in blue-collar / field recruitment preferred

• Good local area knowledge of Mumbai

• Basic understanding of HR recruitment processes

• Communication skills in Hindi (Marathi preferred)

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Incentive: Up to ₹3,000 per month (performance-based)
