Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. Your primary goal is to identify, attract, and hire top-tier candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with department managers to define staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet those goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction

• Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and niche industry boards.

• Proactively "headhunt" passive candidates through social media, networking, and professional databases.

• Attend career fairs and networking events to build a talent pipeline.

2. Screening & Interviewing

• Review resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess cultural fit, technical skills, and salary expectations.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

3. Hiring & Onboarding

• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates.

• Perform background checks and verify professional references.

• Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

4. Strategy & Administration

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate data.

• Analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to improve efficiency.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics.
