Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

• Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records

• Support onboarding and documentation processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS

• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

• Good understanding of HR policies and employment laws

Preferred Skills

• Experience in bulk or lateral hiring

• Familiarity with HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes

• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (flexible based on role requirements)
