The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization. This role ensures timely closures, maintains hiring quality, and supports all recruitment operations end-to-end.
Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/online interviews.
Shortlist and schedule interviews with relevant departments.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Arrange interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
Share interview schedules, invite links, and reminders with candidates.
Coordinate final discussion rounds and ensure smooth interview flow.
Collect candidate documents for verification.
Discuss salary expectations and ensure alignment with company budget.
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Follow up with selected candidates till joining.
Facilitate joining formalities and orientation for new hires.
Ensure all required forms and documents are submitted.
Maintain and update employee records.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.
Track interview status, candidate pipeline, and joining status.
Share hiring updates with HR Manager and management.
