Job Title: Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes, source qualified candidates, and support organizational talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Manage job postings and candidate databases
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
Support onboarding and recruitment documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1+years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers may apply if applicable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently
