Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (0–1 Year experience) to join our HR team at our Noida Sector 62 office. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of IT recruitment processes and a keen interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

• Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and generate reports

• Support the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely closures

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• Internship or prior experience in recruitment will be an added advantage
