About Roles and Responsibilities of HR Recruiter

● Design and update Job Descriptions for BDEs, Technical Trainers, Recruiters, Placement Officers, Support Executive and other if required in future.

● Source Potential Candidates from Various Channels (e.g., Social, Design and update Job Descriptions)

● Screen Incoming resumes and application forms.

● Interview Candidates (via Phone, Video and In-person).

● Coordination and conduction walking drives and campus interviews for hiring fresh talented.

● Making sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained.

● Hiring for Puneri Pattern and the companies Under Puneri Pattern.

● Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job portals and internally.

● Salary processing and Attendance Management.

● Making Offer or Appointment Letter.

● Looking after staff management and daily activities of all admins, trainers and sales team

● Handling critical situations like parents and students queries

● Handling batches and support Trainers.

● Look after all the management part of the Office by assisting Floor Officer.

● Make note of all office gadgets and successful handover of the same daily.

● All the exit formality of the students and employees till access card handover.

SkillSet: Excel, CRM, Excellent Communication, ChatGPT, Typing Speed 20WPM

Salary: 15K to 25K

Timing : 8AM to 6PM or 11AM to 8PM Shift

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
