We’re looking to onboard a dynamic HR Recruiter who can drive strategic hiring initiatives, specifically targeting professionals from Media Agencies and AD Sales backgrounds.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles within the Media/AD Sales and related verticals.
Source and screen candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal databases.
Understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with departmental heads and follow up through to the offer stage.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment dashboards accurately.
Stay updated on current HR trends, industry hiring benchmarks, and best practices in AD/Media agency hiring.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring for AD Sales or Media Agency roles.
Strong knowledge of the current HR market trends, especially in the media and advertising space.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job boards, and sourcing tools.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines.
Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
Prior recruitment experience in Media Agencies or companies with strong focus on AD Sales hiring.
Exposure to high-paced startup or product-based work environments is a plus.
