Hiring for HR Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Mode: Work from Office

Location: Saltlake Sector 5

Budget: 15000 - 20000 in-hand

Primary Objective:

To source, attract, screen, and engage qualified candidates to fill open positions efficiently and effectively, aligning with the organization’s goals and talent needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Hiring Needs:

• Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand job requirements, qualifications, and team expectations.

• Draft and refine accurate job descriptions.

Sourcing Candidates:

• Identify potential candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and social media.

• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future roles.

Screening & Shortlisting:

• Conduct initial screenings via phone or video to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit.

• Shortlist candidates for the hiring manager’s review.

Coordinating Interviews:

• Schedule interviews between candidates and the internal interview panel.

• Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination.

Candidate Engagement:

• Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the process.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience and represent the employer brand professionally.

Negotiation & Offer Management:

• Assist in offer discussions, negotiate compensation when required, and manage offer rollouts.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and budget.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and metrics (time-to-hire, source efficiency, etc.).

• Ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
