Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying the right talent for various roles (especially in counselling and sales teams), and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.

• Understand job requirements for various roles such as Education Counsellor, Sales Executive, and Academic Mentor.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and references.

• Conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Contribute to building a strong employer brand for NEETSUPPORT.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 0–6 MONTHS of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Prior experience in EdTech or counselling-based hiring will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

• Good understanding of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
