We are looking for an IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for technical positions. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Source and identify candidates for IT roles through Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn and referrals.
Screen resumes and evaluate technical skills based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Good understanding of common IT skills and technologies.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
