We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and talent acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
2. Candidate management:
- Manage candidate pipelines and track progress
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
3. Hiring process management:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop job descriptions and job postings
- Manage the job posting process and track applicant sources
4. Employer branding:
- Promote the organization's employer brand and culture
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience
Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
