Understand client hiring needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through various platforms — job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates.
Coordinate client interviews and follow up on feedback.
Manage candidate communication through the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
Support in bulk hiring, mid-level, and leadership recruitment.
Collaborate with the business development team to support client requirements.
