We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our growing team someone who is
proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across various roles and industries.
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare accurate job
descriptions.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit (skills, experience, salary,
notice period).
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels and track feedback.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Create, post, and manage job advertisements on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri,
Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
Conduct candidate searches using job portals, social media platforms, and internal
databases.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates to match client and internal hiring
requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment data and candidate records in Excel, CRM systems,
and other internal trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates; ensure smooth
communication and timely attendance.
Be available for interview coordination during weekends or holidays, if required
for urgent closures.
Follow up with candidates post-interview and post-offer to ensure smooth onboarding
and joining.
Handle internal and external stakeholder management, ensuring timely updates
and clear communication.
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other automation platforms)
to enhance sourcing quality, communication, and productivity.
Contribute to process improvements and uphold best practices in recruitment
operations.
Key Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or corporate).
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, and handle stakeholder expectations.
Tech-savvy with exposure to AI-based tools, ChatGPT, and recruitment
automation platforms.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and flexibility to support urgent hiring
needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in agency or RPO setup will be an added advantage.
