About the Role:
The HR Officer – Bulk Hiring will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for onboarding delivery partners across multiple locations. This role includes conducting high-volume outbound calls, assisting candidates with the onboarding process, and ensuring seamless coordination with the central HR and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential delivery partners using the company’s mobile app/CRM platform.

• Clearly explain job responsibilities, requirements, incentives, and benefits to candidates.

• Guide candidates through registration, documentation, and verification procedures.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets as per defined metrics.

• Update candidate details, follow-ups, and hiring status accurately in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the central HR/Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding in assigned locations.

• Address candidate queries promptly while maintaining a positive and professional recruitment experience.

• Share daily hiring updates, progress reports, and performance metrics with the team lead/manager.
