HR Recruiter (IT/non IT Recruitment) 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Work on requirements for roles such as Developers, Testers, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.

• Handle recruitment for Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, BPO, etc.)

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers

• Negotiate offers and close positions within timelines

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

• Understand IT skills, technologies, and project requirements

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology

• Good understanding of Non-IT job roles

• Experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)

• Familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Excel

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

• Basic understanding of ATS and HR processes

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
