Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive (Male) to join our HR team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry, other industry experience is also welcome. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, networking abilities, and a passion for identifying and hiring top talent to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
Handle offer management, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Knowledge of ATS and HRMS systems for candidate tracking, offer release, and employee data management.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.
Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and compliance standards.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1–4 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in healthcare recruitment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data management).
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRMS tools.
Working knowledge of major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Result-oriented and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
