Manage the hiring process: Coordinate interviews, extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and conduct background checks.
Onboard new hires: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Maintain records: Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities, often using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Stay informed: Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends, best practices, and relevant labor laws.
Required skills and qualifications
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
