🔹 Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination).
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Evaluate candidates based on job fit, communication, and technical skills.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain applicant data and daily recruitment reports.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and basic assessments.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
🔹 Skills Required
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and portals.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Fast learner with a positive attitude.
🔹 Qualifications
Any Graduate / Post Graduate (HR preferred but not mandatory).
1 Year Experience with excellent communication are welcome.
