Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases accurately.
Assist in onboarding new hires and smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Recruiter, telecalling preferred
Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
