Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing and hiring Design professionals and Medical manpower across Pan India. The ideal candidate will be skilled in non-local sourcing, influencer collaboration, and managing multiple talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design Talent Recruitment

• Source and hire Architects, Interior Designers, BOQ Engineers, 3D Designers, and Draftsmen.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for design and technical roles.

• Build a strong candidate pipeline for niche and project-based requirements.

Medical Manpower – Pan India

• Recruit and manage medical manpower teams across Pan India.

• Coordinate hiring for doctors, paramedical staff, and medical support roles.

• Work closely with hospitals, clinics, vendors, and consultants.

Influencer Collaboration

• Collaborate with industry influencers, hiring partners, and digital platforms to boost recruitment reach.

• Support employer branding through influencer-led hiring campaigns.

• Track and analyze effectiveness of influencer collaborations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Pan India recruitment

• Hands-on knowledge of design and medical manpower hiring

• Expertise in non-local sourcing and social media recruitment

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
